What if I don't see the option to redeem my points?Updated 10 months ago
If you have points but don't see the option to redeem them at checkout, it's possible that you're logged into Shop Pay which doesn't allow for point redemptions. Please try the following to redeem your points:
- Click on "Check out as guest" (located under the Pay Now button) so you're logged out of Shop Pay
- Log completely out of Shop Pay by following the steps listed here: https://help.shop.app/hc/en-us/articles/4665100672276-Log-out-everywhere-from-Shop-Pay
- Try placing your order in incognito mode, or clearing your cookies before checking out
