Can my previous orders count toward my milestones?
No. Orders placed before June 1, 2026 are not eligible and cannot be added retroactively.
Are all subscription frequencies eligible?
No. Subscriber Milestones is only available to subscribers on a monthly subscription frequency. Quarterly and other non-monthly subscription schedules are not eligible.
What resets my milestones?
Your Subscriber Milestones streak will reset if you:
Do exchanges reset my streak?
No. Exchange orders do not reset your Subscriber Milestones streak.
What happens if my payment fails?
You can keep your streak if you place a qualifying order or successfully process a subscription order within the same billing cycle. If the payment remains unresolved, your streak will reset.
Can I earn more than one milestone in a month?
No. Subscribers can earn a maximum of one milestone per month.
What is the mystery gift?
Mystery gifts are surprise items selected by our team and may vary based on availability. We aren't able to reveal upcoming mystery gifts before they're awarded.
Can I exchange or return a mystery gift?
No. Mystery gifts are promotional items and cannot be returned, exchanged, or redeemed for store credit.
What if I already purchased the mystery gift?
Since mystery gifts are surprises, duplicate items may occasionally occur. If this happens, please contact our Customer Care team and we'll be happy to review your account.
Will my milestones expire?
As long as your qualifying streak remains active, your Subscriber Milestones will continue accumulating toward the next reward milestone.
